So this doesn't really stand up to a lot of the paintings here on D.A. It was painted under poor artificial light and so the colours are washed out. All comments are appreciated.
I overall neat painting. The color of the cheeks is incredible! Your blending on that particular area is superb. Only thing you could have done is little more dark accent shades to break the side of the nose away from the face and the crease between his lips. All in all good job. Was surprised to see someone do a painting from the old Batman show.
I can't remember the guys face, but this looks like an excellent painting to me!! It also looks very iconic which is probably what you're after.

I'm going to do the Joker ad Penguin from the original series too, I have a bit of a obsession for 60's villains at the moment.
